Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is hiring for a production associate in Idaho Falls. The role involves visually inspecting and preparing finished products for delivery, and supporting multiple production lines during the shift.

You will be setting up work areas, handling powder sacks, and ensuring quality with proper labeling and lot codes. The position offers good starting pay, benefits after probation, and opportunities for advancement in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. + consistently for eight hours.
• Ability to work with little to no direction while staying on task.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment and use pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Sets up work area by retrieving and staging production components (bottles, lids, pallets, etc.).
• Hangs sacks of powder using crane hoist system.
• Follows PPE and lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures where required.
• Works at assigned station to assist in producing finished goods (filling, labeling, palletizing).
• Inspects finished products for proper label placement, lids/seals, and lot codes.
• Performs cleanup duties (washing equipment, sweeping/mopping floors, waste removal).
• Supports equipment changeover and setup, including teardown and reassembly as directed.
• Assists in training other associates by demonstrating tasks and answering questions.
• Assists in the product delivery department as needed.
• Takes direction from Machine Operator/Coordinator to assist where needed.
