Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI is seeking a Team Lead to onboard, coach, and mentor a daily production crew. You will run pre-shift huddles, ensure PPE compliance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining KPI dashboards.

You will escalate systemic issues with the Group Leader and collaborate across shifts to sustain smooth workflow. The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety.

Formación

• Experience guiding others in work or volunteer settings.
• People-first mindset and servant leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, onboard, and mentor new team members on the production floor.
• Run daily pre-shift kickoffs covering safety, quality, HR items, and production goals.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Drive continuous improvement and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards for your zone; update Standard Work.
• Conduct 5S Audits, Dupont Stop Observations, and manage work stacks.
