Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Team Lead for its production floor in Wisconsin. You will guide and mentor a group of 8-12 team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training new staff, and coordinating with shift leaders to achieve KPIs. Responsibilities include leading pre-shift briefings, enforcing PPE and safety procedures, and collaborating on improvement ideas.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and OSHA-style guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to coach and mentor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update team on safety, quality, HR, and production goals.
• Assimilate and train new team members within their area, serving as the point of contact for new additions.
• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and obtain PPE when necessary.
• Collaborate with team to generate and support ideas for continuous improvement; maintain a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader and maintain shift-to-shift communication.
• Maintain KPIs and other metrics for the area/zone; audit Team Member Standard Work.
• Complete Hour by Hour Boards, 5S Audits, and Dupont Stop Observations as required.
• Navigate conflict and coach team leaders to resolution with support from Leaders.
