A day in the lifeYou start your shift on the production floor in Ripon, WI, gathering an 8–12 person crew for a focused huddle. You review safety, quality notes, HR updates, and the day’s production targets. You coach new hires, check that everyone has the right PPE, and set the tone for continuous improvement. As work begins, you monitor hour-by-hour boards, track KPIs for your area, and keep Standard Work current. When something stands in the way of flow, you troubleshoot, coach through conflict, and loop in your Group Leader to escalate systemic issues.Throughout the day you collaborate with fellow Team Leads across shifts, conduct 5S audits, complete Dupont Stop Observations, and manage work stacks. You use SAP to support the build process and keep information moving. The pace is fast, the expectations are clear, and you’re surrounded by a team that wants you to succeed—exactly how Alliance Laundry Systems operates: with integrity, structure, and support.Where you’ll workOn-site at Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI.Shift options1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Overtime (as needed): Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8 hours)2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM | Overtime (as needed): Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (8 hours)3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Overtime (as needed): Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (8 hours)Weekend Days: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Overtime (as needed): Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8 hours)Weekend Nights: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM | Overtime (as needed): Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (8 hours)What you’ll leadOnboard, train, and mentor new team members; be the go-to contact for additions to the area.Run daily pre-shift kickoffs covering safety, quality, HR items, and production goals.Ensure safety compliance and secure proper PPE as needed.Champion continuous improvement; gather ideas with the team and drive action.Escalate production or systemic issues to the Group Leader promptly.Sustain clear communication across shifts with other Team Leads and Leaders.Maintain KPIs and metrics for your zone; keep dashboards accurate and current.Create, update, and audit Team Member Standard Work.Complete Hour-by-Hour Boards, 5S Audits, Dupont Stop Observations, and manage work stacks.Coach through conflict and resolve issues with support from Group and Area Leaders.Use SAP to facilitate the manufacturing process.Perform other duties as required.Team Leads are required to:Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bendingPassing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 poundsPassing a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWhat you’ll bringExperience guiding others in work or volunteer settings; proven leadership traits.Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferred).People-first mindset and servant leadership approach.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.High school diploma or equivalent.BenefitsStable and growing work environment!Employee Referral BonusPaid vacation in your first yearTuition ReimbursementAnnual and Quarterly Perfect Attendance AwardsSafety Recognition ProgramMedical Plan with company paid Health Reimbursement AccountDental and Vision Plans401k Plan11 Company Paid HolidaysCompany paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance with option to purchase additionalCompany paid Long Term Disability (LTD)Annual wage increases
