Alliance Laundry Systems in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a Team Leader to coach and develop a 5-10 person production team. You will apply leader standard work to drive safety, quality and continuous improvement on the line, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely escalation of issues.

The role requires prior leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and wage increases.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience leading others.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assimilate and train new team members within their area/zone.
• Communicate safety news, quality findings and line goals in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Generate and support ideas for Continuous Improvement.
• Hold team members accountable for standardized work and safety.
• Escalate production issues to Group Leaders.
• Maintain shift-to-shift communications with other leaders.
• Update KPIs and metrics for area/zone.
