Alliance Laundry Systems is hiring for a Team Lead at our Ripon, WI facility. You will lead a production crew, coach new hires, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output. You’ll run pre-shift huddles, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Group Leaders to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement.

The role requires a servant-leadership mindset, strong communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Leads and develops production teammates; drives safety, quality, and productivity
• Communicates clearly with teams and leaders to align on goals and expectations
• Coaches new hires and existing staff to improve performance and shift outcomes
• Solves problems and troubleshoots production issues to minimize downtime
• Implements and champions continuous improvement ideas with the team

Responsabilidades

• Lead and onboard new team members; be the go-to resource
• Run daily pre-shift meetings covering safety, quality, HR, and production goals
• Escalate production or systemic issues to the Group Leader
• Maintain cross-shift communication with other Team Leads and Leaders
• Update KPIs, manage Hour by Hour Boards, and audit visuals
