Job summary

The position reports to production leadership and is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, including quality control, on a shift basis in a dry manufacturing environment. The role governs equipment operation and process parameters to meet job requirements while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

You will perform QC checks, log data, operate fork trucks as needed, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely production and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate measuring devices (i.e. tape measure).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift
• Wear necessary personal protective equipment
• Add chemicals as necessary based upon titration readings/record
• Communicate between other production departments
• Perform QC checks/log
• Set line speed and oven temperatures per job requirements
• Instruct material handlers
• Produce daily reports
• Inspection
• Packing
• Inventories
• Rework process
• Washer Titration readings/record
• Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures
• Maintains acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility
• Wear necessary personal protective equipment (again)
