Job summary

Qnity, a global leader in materials and solutions for advanced electronics, is seeking a capable professional to oversee manufacturing and production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing and packaging. You will set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply and staffing resources to meet demand.

Responsibilities include training and building the manufacturing line organization to sustain and enhance operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• May supervise or act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking are valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversees manufacturing and production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and packaging.
• Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply and staffing to meet demand.
• Trains and builds the manufacturing line organization to maintain and enhance operations.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature; follows procedures for operating manufacturing equipment.
