Job summary

The-Class-Produce-Group is seeking a Line Leader to oversee a 10-15 person production line. You will inspect products for quality, motivate the crew, and optimize workflow to maximize efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include scanning inventory, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You should have at least a high school diploma, be able to read and write English, and perform basic arithmetic.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Basic arithmetic skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line of 10-15 people.
• Inspect product to meet quality standards.
• Motivate employees and direct workflow for efficiency.
• Scan product in/out of inventory with handheld scanner.
• Operate bagging and overwrap machines.
• Keep track of supplies, maintain a clean, organized area.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks safely as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
