Old World Industries is seeking a Production Leader to coordinate daily activities on assigned production lines and provide hands-on supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused operations. This on-site role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires working 2nd shift with potential overtime as needed.

• Two plus years of supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to operate and support manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to complete equipment, safety, quality, and process training.
