Responsibilities

• Operates on a moving conveyor belt with both hands, packing and weighing product.
• Selects and trims product, pulling bones as needed and inspecting for quality.
• Maintains line speeds and participates in team meetings to implement lean processes.
• Follows Simmons operating systems principles, quality and safety policies, and contributes ideas for improvement.
• Performs other duties consistent with business objectives and cleans as required.
