Job summary

Rainbow Inc. seeks a dedicated Line Operator to run the production line as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor. You will be responsible for safe, efficient operation, quality and quantity of output, and continuous line performance while adhering to PPE requirements.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance and QA teams to address issues, monitor line efficiency, and support daily scheduling. This role may require overtime and flexibility with shifts to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow Safety PPE protocols and shift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Run production line as assigned by Production Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure production quality and quantity, and line runs continuously.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA when issues arise; monitor line safety and efficiency.
• Assist with daily scheduling and line down time prevention.
