Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Line Lead to supervise production line activities in a regulated environment. You will train staff, manage workflow, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met daily.

As a leader, you will coordinate with technicians and supervisors to resolve issues, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with customer demand and production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand safety requirements and ensure production line operates safely.
• Train line staff and monitor performance to maximize workflow.
• Work with support staff to resolve issues and meet customer demand and schedule.
• Plan and schedule each hour of the shift to maximize output and maintain on-time delivery.
• Verify inventory usage and reconcile remaining balance on the line.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts.
• Ensure quality is maintained and traceability of materials is documented.
• Coordinate documentation for regulatory and business requirements.
