Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Line Operator to directly supervise assigned production lines and ensure safe, high‑quality output. You will follow production orders, coordinate line activities, and uphold housekeeping standards while supporting training and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires reading and interpreting work orders, collaborating with managers, and adapting to a fast paced environment with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Experience supervising production line staff is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of assigned production lines.
• Ensure safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards.
• Interpret and adhere to production orders and line specifications.
• Assist training of production assistants and maintain smooth operations.
• Participate in safety programs and meetings.
