Job summary

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. It’s a full-time, on-site position with 12-hour shift rotations and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate forklifts safely.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills required.
• Able to read tape measures and document quality readings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the production line to meet customer specs and minimize waste.
• Perform quality checks such as length/weight, vacuum tests, and micrometer readings.
• Assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and TPM/PM tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with Operator/Assistant Operator to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Report hazards and quality defects promptly and follow safety rules.
