Job summary

CATALLIA MEXICAN FOODS, LLC is hiring Production Line Operators in Minnesota (Eagan). The role focuses on operating a production line, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with maintenance, sanitation, and quality teams to maintain efficiency.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd with varying hours. Pay is $20.50 per hour with a $2 per hour shift differential for the 3rd shift. Biweekly Saturday overtime is required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery; equipment set-ups, start-ups, adjustments to meet product specifications
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Basic English language skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Pick up daily production schedule and review for accuracy.
• Communicate plan for each product run to mixer and utility person.
• Operate and verify equipment runs; notify support if issues.
• Safely replace belts and adjust machine settings for size/weight.
• Verify recipes and ERP Plex settings for changeovers.
• Assist in the regrind process and monitor quality.
• Fill out production paperwork per Plex requirements.
• Record waste accurately and troubleshoot deviations.
• Report issues to Lead or Supervisor to maximize line performance.
• Ensure equipment is disassembled and cleaned for deep-clean changeovers; consult Quality Control.
• Assist sanitation with equipment cleaning and reassembly.
• Maintain clean, compliant work area.
• Cover breaks for Mixer as needed.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and teams.
