Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team across all shifts in a fast-paced production environment.

Primary duties include operating production lines, verifying recipes and weights, and maintaining quality and safety in accordance with GMPs. Overtime and third-shift differential apply, with teamwork across maintenance, QA, and sanitation for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must follow GMPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and production procedures.
• Experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery including setup, startup, monitoring, and adjustment.
• Ability to make sound decisions related to equipment operation.
• Able to work quickly and accurately while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify recipes, seasoning, weights, size, and settings per Plex ERP requirements.
• Ensure equipment is disassembled and cleaned for deep-clean changeovers; obtain QC approval.
• Start equipment and report issues to supporting departments.
• Accurately fill production paperwork and maintain Plex ERP records.
• Communicate issues preventing max line performance to Lead/Supervisor.
