Dairy Farm Families is seeking a production worker at our Minnesota facility. You will prepare, operate, maintain, and stock the line, keep equipment in good order, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station.
• Maintain equipment in full operational status by making adjustments to equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and notify proper individuals for preventive maintenance or issues needing attention.
• Maintain quality by observing operations and adjusting with speed controls and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow DFA GMP and all regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
