Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Line Lead to join our packaging team on all shifts in Minnesota. The role involves hands-on supervision of packaging tasks, bagging, packing, and palletizing while monitoring quality, safety, and ERP data entry.

Overtime is required every other Saturday to meet production demands. The candidate will work with production leadership to ensure a smooth operation and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Basic English language skills required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on GMPs, seals, codes, and packaging procedures.
• Perform packing, bagging, and palletizing duties while covering breaks.
• Enter and retrieve data in the ERP system accurately.
• Monitor packing materials, weights, counts, and quality.
• Set up and adjust packaging equipment for the line; print labels.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for efficiencies.
