Particle Control in Albertville, MN is seeking a Production Line Operator for a full-time, hourly position on 1st shift (5am-3pm, Mon-Thu). The role involves operating a semi-automated food ingredient processing system, heavy lifting, forklift work, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

You will work with a team to ensure accurate labeling, paperwork, and basic lab tasks, with bonuses and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and company perks.

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write basic English.
• Understanding of basic arithmetic & mathematics.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 55 lb. repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Integrity and discipline to follow procedures for operation, safety, and quality.
• Forklift experience (Existing certification preferred).
• Knowledge of food quality and safety.
• Ability to conduct food testing procedures by protocol using proper technique.

Responsibilities

• As Production Operator, assist a semi-automated food ingredient processing system with repetitive heavy lifting.
• Operate machinery and forklift; monitor gauges and adjust processing as needed.
• Complete paperwork, label containers, and maintain high food quality and safety.
• Work with a team; follow safety PPE rules; adapt to environmental conditions.
