Job summary

Michigan Turkey Producers Co-op is seeking a hands-on Production Operator for the Wyoming, MI facility. You will assist with setup, teardown, and line maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Must follow directions and pay attention to detail.
• Must know how to drive a Hi-Lo forklift.
• Must have good vision and understand English.
• Must be able to work safely and maintain perfect attendance.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (eye wear, ear plugs, hard hat, hair net, coat, forearm protection, gloves).

Responsibilities

• Set up production and tear down the department.
• Maintain line workflow under foreman's supervision.
• Move product from line to cooler using walkie rider or walk behind.
• Record all tanks and racks for inventory purposes.
