Job summary

Country Pure Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member in Hart, MI to support the production line across multiple work centers. You will help ensure a quality product is shipped per orders and company standards.

Responsibilities include packing, sealing, labeling, and documenting production quantities while maintaining GMP and food safety practices. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and availability for full-time work on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and follow written job instructions.
• Ability to follow quality standards and work within GMP rules.
• Understanding of GMP and Food Safety guidelines.
• May need to obtain and maintain a valid hi-lo license.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Distribute bags evenly on the conveyor for bulk packaging.
• Verify bags are sealed, date coded, and in spec; notify if out of spec or equipment issues.
• Package product into boxes per customer requirements.
• Report carton defects to the appropriate person.
• Ensure boxes are sealed, date coded, marked; replace tape as needed.
