Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Budgeting, strategic planning and financials knowledge.
• Safety, quality, productivity and inventory awareness.
• Ability to lead by example and build teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the product line including production and shipping performance.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer requirements, cost and quality goals.
• Facilitate team communication and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve production metrics and financial performance.
• Lead the production line, overseeing safety, quality and maintenance.
