Dynamic Manufacturing seeks a Product Line Manager who will oversee daily production and shipping performance, manage schedules to meet customer demands while controlling costs and quality. The role requires coordinating with quality, supply chain, HR and other teams to hit targets.

The candidate will lead continuous improvement efforts, drive profitable operations, and mentor subordinates while maintaining safety standards across the production environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Budgeting, strategic planning, financials, resource allocation and HR knowledge needed.
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise essential.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills required.
• Organizational and time management abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

• Oversee daily activities of the product line, including production and shipping performance.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer requirements, cost and quality goals.
• Facilitate team communication and conflict resolution.
• Develop, recommend, and implement initiatives to improve production metrics and financial performance.
