Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor - Motor Line to manage production line operations in the Wilburton plant. You will supervise shifts, ensure quality, and coordinate changeovers to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and an associate degree preferred. ADP and JD Edwards experience are a plus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in business management or related field.
• 1–3 years of related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line operation per plant policies.
• Train and coach production line employees.
• Draft shift schedules including rotations and vacations.
• Coordinate startups, shutdowns and changeovers.
• Maintain quality control and correct deviations during shifts.
• Conduct process audits and ensure a clean, safe area.
• Complete shift paperwork and assist in production as needed.
