Job summary

You will troubleshoot production problems, design fixtures, improve workflow, and train employees on new instructions; a bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum three years relevant experience is required.
• Experience designing and developing tooling, products, and manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and correct production problems.
• Analyze scrap and defect reports to identify improvement areas.
• Improve workflow and efficiency.
• Design new and revise existing production fixtures.
