The role emphasizes strong leadership, data skills, and mechanical aptitude within an in-person setting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience in an industrial environment, with Excel proficiency and tool-use capability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory or line-of-progression experience in an industrial setting.
• Industrial production management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Good data and math skills; proficient with Excel.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools.
• Computer skills; able to track and analyze basic metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department and ensure safety and production goals.
• Observe safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Provide trainings, leadership, and motivation to staff.
• Attend meetings and complete trainings as assigned.
• Participate on interview panels and monitor attendance.
• Implement disciplinary procedures per policy and conduct reviews.
• Report KPIs to company executives and send month-end reports.
