Job summary

The KDC/ONE team in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate the production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency.

You will train Line Leaders, schedule shifts, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and compliance with SOPs.

This role requires 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, plus a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or equivalent ideal.
• 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Light mechanical ability.
• Experience with liquid filling lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production lines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train Line Leaders and schedule workers on designated shift.
• Recruit, train, and coach Line Leaders; supervise all production workers.
• Address line stoppages promptly to resume operation.
• Ensure lines meet production rates and complete first case quality checks.
• Coordinate line changes, start-ups, wash-outs and line clearances.
• Manage crew for Northern Labs personnel.
• Ensure SOPs followed and paperwork completed.
• Maintain a safe and orderly production workplace.
