Job summary

kdc/one Northern Labs in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Line Leader to supervise the assembly line, coach the team, and ensure production of a quality product at target quantities in a safe, cost‑effective manner.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics, develop startup/shutdown checklists, perform line PMs, and cross‑train with Palletizers to cover absences. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Some Assembly experience and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach assembly team to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Develop and maintain setup/startup/shutdown checklists.
• Perform PM on filler area equipment and conveyors.
• Cross-train with Palletizers to cover absences.
• Maintain 6S and organize line area.
