Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production lines to produce quality products efficiently.
• Train Line Leaders and schedule production workers on designated shifts.
• Address line stoppages promptly with Line Leaders to resume operations.
• Supervise all production workers and ensure safety and paperwork compliance.
• Monitor line efficiency and ensure paperwork reflects production status.
• Coordinate line changeovers, start-ups, and wash-outs; manage staffing.
