Job summary

kdc/one Northern Labs in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Line Leader to supervise assembly operations on the production line. You will guide the team to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets while maintaining cost efficiency.

The role requires leadership and assembly experience with a base pay of $24.00 per hour plus shift premium, and involves hands-on supervision and cross-training across related line tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in basic math
• Helpful to have some Assembly experience and/or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Meet performance objectives and KPI metrics.
• Direct/coach assembly team to help meet performance targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, service and cost (OEE, scrap, labor).
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot line equipment and processes.
• Cross-train with Palletizers to cover absences and promote SME’s.
