Job summary

KDC/ONE, Northern Labs in Manitowoc, WI is hiring a Line Leader to report to the Production Supervisor. The role focuses on leading Assemblers, achieving quality output at target quantities in a safe, cost-effective manner.

You will direct and coach the assembly team, monitor KPI performance, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while developing startup/shutdown checklists and maintaining line readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Helpful to have Assembly experience at Northern Labs and/or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance objectives and KPIs.
• Coach/mentor assembly team to meet metrics.
• Ensure safety, quality, service and cost targets (OEE, scrap, labor).
• Develop and maintain pre/post production checklists for startup/run/shutdown.
• Supervise and train line crew and cross-train with Palletizers.
