Foster Farms is hiring for production team members in Washington. The role pays at least $19.00 per hour with a 0.50 shift premium for 4pm-midnight and 1.00 for midnight-8am shifts, plus longevity and attendance bonuses.

Qualificações

• Must report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Follow GMPs and all Food Safety procedures.
• Work safely and set an example of good working habits.
• Ability to use small hand-held tools (knives, scissors) safely.
• Bend, climb, stoop, and stand as necessary depending on assigned tasks.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling motions.
• Stand on concrete floor or grating for prolonged periods.

Responsabilidades

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for product run.
• Pack product into foam trays and/or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange on trays with chicken parts.
• Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling motions while packing, cutting, and grading product.
• Rotate through various positions on production areas during the shift.
• Place empty trays and pads on the line.
• Visually inspect and grade chicken parts to determine production grade.
• Communicate with supervision and coworkers regarding tasks, rotation, and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
