Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members to join our production line. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with shift premiums of $0.50 (4pm–midnight) and $1.00 (midnight–8am). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.

You will cut, pack, label, and inspect chicken products in a fast-paced environment. Positions involve standing for long periods, working in varied temperatures, and rotating through production areas.

Qualifications

• Report regularly and on time to work and be available for all assigned hours.
• Understand and follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Work well with small hand-held tools and in rotating production areas.
• Stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for product run.
• Pack product into foam trays and bags, place labels on trays.
• Rotate through positions on production areas and inspect grade of chicken parts.
• Communicate with supervision and coworkers regarding tasks and issues.
