Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow GMPs and all Food Safety procedures
• Able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as scheduled
• Strong communication with supervision and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Use hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for production
• Pack product into foam trays and bags
• Label and arrange trays with chicken parts
• Perform repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions
• Rotate through production areas during shift
• Visually inspect chicken parts to determine grade for lines
• Maintain safety by following GMPs and safety rules
• Complete other duties as assigned
