Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members for production roles at our facility in Washington. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour with shift premiums for evening and overnight hours, plus longevity and attendance bonuses. Staff enjoy comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with company contribution.

Essential duties include packing chicken, labeling, inspecting parts, and rotating through production stations. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Report regularly and on time to work and meet all scheduled hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Follow GMPs and Food Safety procedures.
• Work safely with small hand-held tools (knives, scissors).
• Able to bend, climb, stoop and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for production.
• Pack product into foam trays or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange trays with chicken parts.
• Rotate through various production positions during the shift.
• Visually inspect and grade chicken parts for production lines.
