Qualifications

• Even-tempered and a positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork through communication.
• Cannot be past Verbal disciplinary action for attendance.
• Achieved at least “High Performing” on most recent evaluation.
• No Final written disciplinary actions in the last 6 months.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Protect assets from damage, report maintenance, keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader to plan activities, report shortages, and communicate quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
