Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in metal manufacturing or similar industrial operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees and supervisors in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, attendance, and daily work assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance and productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations matters as needed.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational, quality, and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and management teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor agreements where applicable.
• Participate in investigations and implement corrective actions for production or quality concerns.
