Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a globally recognized Industrial Manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Manager at its flagship operation in Michigan. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads a quality team of six direct reports, collaborating closely with the Director of Quality to meet business goals.

You will own the plant's quality function, drive root cause analysis, implement lean methods, and develop supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (engineering/technical preferred).
• 2–3 years of quality leadership in a regulated environment.
• Experience with IATF-16949/AS9100 is required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Plant Manager while leading a quality department of six direct reports.
• Own the plant quality function and work cross-functionally with different departments.
• Provide budget ownership for the quality department.
• Direct and drive problem solving methods for plant and customer issues.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Drive process efficiency through lean practices and standard operating procedures.
