Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• Plant/Operations driven quality leader with strong root cause analysis.
• 2-3 years of quality leadership in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience with quality systems in regulated manufacturing (IATF-16949, AS9100).

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 6 direct reports reporting to the Plant Manager.
• Own budget and financials for the quality department.
• Oversee plant quality function and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Direct problem solving and drive improvement using best practices.
• Develop HI-POT talent and strengthen supplier/vendor relationships.
• Improve process efficiency through SOPs and lean manufacturing.
