Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a globally recognized Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organization seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead a 1,200+ employee, $1B operation in Morristown, New Jersey. The role focuses on driving world-class processes to improve plant KPI performance and deliverables.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own manufacturing deliverables, manage budgets, set KPI targets, and direct problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• 5+ years of Production/Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6 direct reports in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Own meeting manufacturing deliverables and budget.
• Provide direction aligned with business plans and goals.
• Establish Production KPIs and deliverables.
• Drive problem-solving methods for plant and customer issues.
• Direct department process improvements and corrective actions.
• Contribute input to the department strategic plan and track key metrics.
