Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of Production/Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 40 employees in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Provide direction aligned with plant goals and business plan.
• Establish production KPIs and deliverables.
• Drive problem-solving methods for plant and customer issues.
• Direct department process improvements and corrective actions.
• Contribute to development of the department strategic business plan and track key measures.
