Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a Production Leadership role in Wisconsin to guide a team of production partners, drive efficiencies, and meet daily goals. You will oversee processes, monitor training, and support DEI efforts within a safety-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in dairy/food science or business, or 3–5 years of leadership/manufacturing experience with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in dairy, food science, agriculture or business.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of leadership or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a production team to meet daily targets and standards.
• Identify waste and cost-reduction opportunities through daily problem solving.
• Oversee plant processes and ensure training readiness for success.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support DEI initiatives and safety/regulatory compliance.
