Proficient with Microsoft Office and company systems

Responsibilities

Assist the supervisor in directing daily production activities and resources
Provide work assignments, training, and relief for breaks/vacations
Lead a shift to ensure quality product and adherence to schedules
Maintain records, operate, and clean equipment as needed
Fill in for vacationing or sick staff with minimal notice
Prioritize safety and promote a sanitary work environment
Verify production is within specifications and equipment runs correctly
Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety, and company policies
Report nonconformances to supervisor or manager
Foster cooperation with customers, vendors, and peers
Identify opportunities to improve processes through continuous improvement mindset
Perform other duties as required
