Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will coach partners, organize daily production, shipping, and receiving, and ensure compliance with safety and quality plans to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes training, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity while maintaining regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required (College degree not required).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn and maintain understanding of all equipment and computer systems.
• Willing and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and evaluate partners using Process Excellence principles.
• Organize daily production, shipping, and receiving to maximize efficiencies.
• Administer processes related to certification programs, pay systems, assessment, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements.
• Interpret and communicate customer requirements to various groups.
