Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• BS Degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 3+ years progressive experience in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift production.
• Ensure EHS compliance and personnel training.
• Monitor and act on key production metrics and KPI data.
• Develop and manage direct labor and schedules; coach staff.
• Lead continuous improvements including 5S and lean workshops.
