Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams across receiving, order processing, production and shipping. You will ensure finished products move efficiently while upholding safety, quality, and USDA standards on the floor.

You will partner with maintenance to minimize downtime, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement using lean methods. Base salary ranges from $68,000 to $102,000 with an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with focus on associate development.
• Knowledge of quality control processes (ISO, OSHA) and compliance.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, specs, and quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize usage.
• Mentor and coach team members; manage performance and development.
• Maintain production records and report status to management.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
