Tomball Controls, LLC is seeking an Electrical Production Leader to guide the electrical manufacturing operation. You will coach Supervisors, balance daily production with longer-term workforce development, and work with Engineering, Purchasing, Materials, Quality, and Planning to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

The role requires strong operational leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on standardization of processes and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifikationen

• Led or supervised manufacturing teams with accountability for SQDC metrics.
• Experience implementing standardized electrical manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and UL standards and electrical installation practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to Electrical Supervisors and production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Develop supervisors in planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards across shifts.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean, 5S, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Translate master production schedules into achievable electrical production plans with milestones.
