Job summary

Tomball Controls, LLC in Seguin, Texas is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities under the direction of the Director of Operations, ensuring safe and efficient operations throughout the plant.

You will collaborate with managers across departments, collect and analyze production data, inspect quality, and implement process improvements while maintaining strict safety and health compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing field required.
• 3 years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of safety and health laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies, preferred.

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through production facilities.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
