Tomball Controls, LLC in Pleasanton, Texas, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will manage a team of production staff, drive productivity, and uphold SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, coordinating with Planning, Quality, Materials and Maintenance, coaching employees, supporting lean initiatives such as 5S, and assisting with hiring and onboarding as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in manufacturing, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement.
